Payment Options

We do not accept cash. Convenient payment methods include:

1. Online payment

2. EFT (orders processed once payment is verified)

3. Mobile Money

4. POS machine on delivery (swipe or tap)

Return/Exchange of Cylinders

When ordering an exchange bottle, an empty cylinder must be returned.

If you don’t have an empty cylinder, you will need to pay a deposit for each gas cylinder ordered (deposit applies to all sizes).

We accept exchanges of these major brands: Afrox, BP, Galp, Eswatini Gas Solutions, Oryx, Solgas, Total/Totalgaz, Wasa.

Refill-Only Cylinders

These brands cannot be exchanged, but we can refill them at our depot: Cadac, Alva, Atlas, Big Jim, Hamwig, Laboh, Megamaster, Outback, Pabar, Presto, Ref Chem, Totai.

Damaged Cylinders

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refill damaged cylinders. This includes cylinders that are rusted, fire-damaged, missing parts, or otherwise unsafe.

Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are processed once payment is verified (online, EFT, Mobile Money, or POS on delivery).

Delivery is next business day in our service corridor.

During peak demand (e.g., cold spells), delivery times may be extended — customers will be notified in advance.
